Sorry for the repeat message - I thought this title may get more of a response.
The NDA for Vilazodone has been accepted! There is also a fair bit of info out there indicating that in fact there is 5-ht1a agonism in vivo. Check out this site:

Anyone know how long it usually takes for a drug to be approved following acceptance of an NDA (New Drug Application) if it is approved??
