Off all meds and feeling pretty good

OK - I'm confused - I've been off all meds for 3 weeks, and I feel pretty good except I have very little patients with a lot of little things. I don't feel depressed, and feel less anxiety than when I was on medication. I'm supposed to start Nardil this Thursday, and now I'm not sure if I should. I do still have difficulty sleeping, but feel much better than I did even while on ADs. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I was on 100mg of Imipramine and 24mg of Zoloft.
