Some help with Cymbalta

I started Cymbalta about 5 weeks ago - 60mg per day. It's had a modest affect on my depression and anxiety so far, but like many other antidepressants the side effects kicked in a lot quicker. The drug has affected my sex drive - delayed orgasm and less desire fairly severely as well as increasing my appetite. Since starting the drug i've already piled on 8lbs.
Does anybody know of anything i could take to help reduce both of these unpleasant side effects? Viagra is not really an option as it's too expensive. Any other ideas?
