Why do you think this is? Due to dopamine increase? Or cortisol?

For some reason you got me thinking of Excedrin - how the caffeine in it is supposed to increase the-painkilling benefits of acetaminophen and aspirin or whatever. I wonder if there's a similar synergistic thing that goes on with ADs. Then again there are a lot of people who aren't on ADs who drink coffee regularly so it can't just be that.

I gave up my daily cup last summer and don't miss it much, but I do think of starting again just because of the apparent health benefits.
