After the 2 week mark, more or less, the (alleged) AD effect of agomelatine kicks in, which is to say a long term change occurs that is characterised by afternoon anxiety in some.

If I were you I would reduce at least one of your drugs by a shade, and perhaps agomelatine should be one of those.
