I take Savella for fibromyalgia, but it is also great for my ADD. After taking Desoxyn for years for ADD, (along with several other ADD meds) I gradually decreased the Desoxyn and now only need to take Savella for both the fibro and ADD.

This med doesn't have the highs/lows of many ADD meds, my anxiety is well-controlled, I sleep well, and can get things done.

I started the Savella titration pack (very low levels gradually increasing to 50mg 2x/day(100mg/day) This dose is effective for me.

Hope this helps.
