Thanks to each of you for your responses.

My major symptom of major depression is lethargy, which is one reason my psychiatrist prescribed Parnate.

From the limited reading I've done, it seems that Vivactil is a "stimulating" TCA (although I may be incorrect. Has had Vivactil added to Parnate?
