Sounds like a good plan to me. I do not see NE overload here.

I talked to someone who takes 120mg Cymbalta, 200mg Savella, and 300mg Wellbutrin.

For the fullness you are looking for, there is the possibility of considering the brand version of extended release Ritalin (not generic). But I like your plan first. Sounds good.

Not sure if you've ever tried Tramadol, but it would be a good one to have on the radar screen if you haven't already.
