What to augment with - something already tried?

I have little hope that I will improve on any more trials. I can't take this. And there have been many trials that have caused me to get so messed up that I had ECT. Over 20 years. No motivation, pleasure, etc. My agitation is less & I'm afraid to change my current cocktail:
400mg Lamictal
40mg Celexa
300mg Wellbutrin
2mg Xanax
Synthroid
All SSRIs & SNRIs
Antipsychotics are bad for me.
Adderall was great for the 1st week then made me cycle to be really down - but wasn't on Lamictal.
Lithium hasn't been used in this combo, but I remember it made me agitated.
Depakote=more depressed
Topamax=very agitated
Tegretol & Trileptal=not effective
Emsam=more depressed
Desipramine= nothing, just side effects
etc...
