In my opinion, Wellbutrin XL brand name is the best one to add. Wellbutrin and Wellbutrin SR you have to take more times per day so the levels of it in your blood don't stay as stable. Generic Wellbutrin XL has shown to release incorrectly so that it releases too much drug at the beginning. All of these can increase the panic and agitation that some people feel on Wellbutrin. I don't think there's any reason to wait for the Paxil decrease to start the Wellbutrin, as Wellbutrin is combined with SSRIs all the time.
