Not so much the pdr but more so the msds sheet for parnate states this.But remeber they iniatly had 30 as the max dose,then revivsed it to 60.
I take ease because i have numerous published articles about how effective high dose parnate can be,in fact some stating the sugges dose is simply wrong and not high enough.From the most validated info i have,it states parnate as so
60 therputic,raised first to 90,and for treatment resintance cases the final dose which is common is 125 to a max of no more then 200 mg.
I have not seen in any writing a dose above 200 mg used or recomended but have again and again seen the common being 100-125 and less common but still effective 200.Its not uncommon for under 100 mg to not be sufficient,which makes it sad as its rare no matter what data u bring to ur doc chances are high he will not even phantom the thought of going above 60.
