So you think that the Klonopin is somehow making your hangovers worse? I have no idea why it would. Benzos are actually good for hangovers, because they cure the jitters. Mixing alcohol with benzos is not very advisable, however, because they will synergistically increase the disinhibition, memory loss, and likelihood of passing out. In other words, you are likely to do a lot more stupid stuff on Klonopin and alcohol combined. My friend got a DUI for flagrantly awful driving while mixing Klonopin and alcohol. Another time he passed out halfway out of an elevator and the door was repeatedly closing on his head. There is also a slightly increased risk of death from toxicity.
