Hi Ace!! Flip flop your routine for more cardio verses weight training. On top of this you need to do what the doc said about diet. My husband rides the bike at the gym for about an hour a does weights. He lost 25 and the beer gut is gone. He's not on meds though. Good luck, and don't go off Nardil. Remember what happened last time you did.
