I am really not sure. I have thought about it, but it's weird that it just seemed to happen overnight. I am not sure what "central" sleep apnea is, although I've heard of the other kind. My boyfriend hasn't mentioned that I snore or anything like that, but he sleeps like the dead so that doesn't really mean anything!
