sounds like you are depressed,sort of underlying if you get what i mean, im strugleing on my 100mg sertraline with weight, an it said on the leaflet may lose weight.i carnt see the 5mg doing you much good, probably the opposite, you may be getting small side effects an no benifit hence low mood.
