Which drug did you add to your treatment regime most recently?
For what reason did you add Geodon?
Although it is uncommon, people can become manic on some of the atypical antipsychotics, particularly Zyprexa. Geodon is the most antidepressant-like of this class of drugs, and is known to be a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Perhaps it is contributing to your mania. The more conservative option is to discontinue the Lexapro and check your lithium level. However, this might leave you depressed.
