Its probably the wellbutrin that is giving the fainting spell. Also they make you hungry. In which case I would not try going up on the wellbutrin, it will just get worse. Maybe if you space out the dose of wellbutrin it won't be as bad. Also brand name wellbtutrin is worse for fainting spells that the generic.
