Weight gain sucks. There's nothing like feeling worse about yourself while you're trying to feel better.
I have had good luck with metformin (lowers insulin spikes when you eat, meaning you tend to store less as fat). It also has putative anti-aging properties. Very low side effect. Very cheap.

A new weight loss drug should come to market next year - Contrave - it is a combination of wellbutrin and naltrexone. Depending on your diagnosis it might have some benefits beyond stabilizing weight. The ratio they used in trials varied, but was around 300 mg. wellbutrin, 25mg (or a bit more) Naltrexone.
The LDN folks also talk about some weight loss - so it may work at 300 mg / 4.5 mg with fewer mood effects. You might discuss thus with your PDoc. Info at:
