Hey msk, NRI's have a history of short lived respite. It sucks, I also found in the end that lowering my dose didn't stop the flu like symptoms either when I was mixing up my dosage.
What other ADD meds have you tried. I got 1.5 years out of modafinil which is the longest lasting med for depression/lack of motivation/OSA. It was great but if you have anxiety like I do I found it wasn't as bad on modafinil 200mg AM compared to the anxiety from Edronax.
If you haven't tried it Modafinil it might be worth a shot, also Strattera is the other NRI out there too, which I haven't tried.
