Welcome to Psycho-Babble! I'm glad your med combo is working out. Provigil sounds like something that might work.
Lethargy is certainly an annoying side effect. I find I get it when I take extra Risperdal. I end up sleeping the day away. So unproductive!
I like caffeine as a stimulant but if I take it too close to bedtime I won't be able to sleep. Does Provigil have that side effect?
