I'm in the same boat as you, including with work ethic. Mirtazapine has helped some. It doesn't really increase serotonin levels. I'm taking 5mg/daily. Amantadine has helped a bit. Buproprion makes me depressed (though not for its impact on serotonin). EMSAM is a possibility.
