All I know is it is a terrible idea for me. I'm on effexor 225 (not the generic rubbish the Gp put me on originally). It has been by far and away the best thing i've taken for depression (severe melancholic)
I took one pill but it felt too subtle, so took another an hour later. Spent the following 2 days regretting it.
I'd done this a few months before and had forgotten how bad it was. Silly me.
