salt i don't think so, but the renin/angiotensis changes might persist a bit longer, not sure though. definatly drink lots of salty stuff right before/during exercise. probably avoid eating; blood to your gut will worsen things.

do you notice any s/e related to cholinergic function like saliva or urination, changes?

if it doesn't improve, perhaps a beta blocker might be helpful (or not helpful, they lower BP overall. but alpha agonis is what is important, and unlike most things your doctor won't think its going to cause hypertension)

NSAIDs would be good, i think (everyday, building effect)
