decided since i didn't notice anythign from 20mg adderall to switch to methylphenidate. i had wanted to try a higher dose, but pdoc thought that woudl be a noticable dose, even if only for an hour or two. i didn't want to push too hard about it.
hopefully i notice something, if not i'll try nortriptiline (got a script for both, though only to try on at a time). might use bupropion again, it at least helped maintani concentration
