I first blamed Nardil and nortriptyline. However, when I switched to Parnate and desipramine, much to my surprise, the weight issue remained. Process of elimination leads me to Abilify as the culprit. Weight gain with Abilify seems to be latent from the start of treatment. It just doesn't seem to begin until you have been on the drug for a few months. Then, the weight gain becomes insidious and doesn't seem to plateau.

Forgive me for my confusion, but how have you ruled out the Desipramine and Parnate as at least partial culprits?

You probably are correct about the Abilify, but was just wondering.
