i was in a bad place then and am not the same person now and do not abuse benzo's anymore.
anyone reading lizardman's response please read carefully, he is a wise owl and knows what he is talking about.
I wish there were more people like him in the world, it would be a much better place.
On a final note i use meditation techniques and crystal healing now. My girl suffers from very bad OCD and my teachings have helped her so if any of you are interested in this methodology please reply to this post and i can give out tips on how i can help you cope with what life throws at you.
thanks again Lizardman for reminding me of my previous post, i was completetly in the wrong and was lucky enough to come out of it in one piece. Some are not as lucky as me.
