I never did well with the meds your're now on so my imput at best is poor. Remeron with benzos at 15mg didn't make me at all sleepy neutral a month and stopped. Wellbutrin I appeared manic to pdoc and ended in the hospital. After only 50mg of seroquel there with benzos was taken off as almost fainted. So benzos are the only thing that works for sleep for me.
