I am so sorry for the difficulties you have experienced. I can't imagine what that must be like.

Have you tried fish oil capsules? Also, I found that taking a multivitamin that is high in Folic Acid and B12 greatly helps my cognitive abilities. Unfortunately, doing that causes insomnia for me which is a whole other post. But hopefully, that wouldn't be an issue for you.

I am tapering off of meds due to horrific side effects so I can't help you in that area.

I hope you find some relief soon.
