I think you need to avoid "rustic" wines like Chianti. Draught beer is OK if you're certain the landlord cleans the pipes regularly. Steer clear of aged Belgian beer esp the white beer. Remember the tyramine response is not all or nothing. The more tyramine you consume the more your BP will rise
