When mixing our little benzo friends with some drugs, though, you could, very well die. Indeed, if you mix high dose benzo's with high dose opiates, you may stop breathing, which isn't very good for your brain, not to mention your heart and other vital organs.
There IS a way to die on just benzo's, though: when you're really, seriously addicted, you could theoretically die by ditching your littler benzo friends out of the blue and just like that! Really. In this respect, benzo addiction is as bad as alcohol addiction; physically, they are a lot more serious than any opiate withdrawal (including heroin).
Er.. You're not contemplating a premature departure of this wonderful planet, are you?
