For a long time I was just on Parnate, and then we added Adderall once the Parnate stopped working as well as it had been. And yes, I did achieve remission. :) What a glorious feeling!I took parnate for two months and got myself up to 60 mg and stopped. Every time I upped the dosage I would feel better for a few days and than that would poop out. I gave up at 60 mg. Possibly should have gone higher. Seems like trd calls for higher doses of parnate.
By the way a former poster in here achieved remission on 80 mg of parnate and added ritalin. She did not achieve a robust response until she added in the ritalin.
