> ihatedrugsJust thought I'd also chime in and say that my 3-week trial of Savella is now over as well and feeling much better back on Cymbalta. I tried a low dose (12.5mg) of Savella on the urging of my pdoc who thought I would respond well considering that I have always done better on the SNRIs vs SSRIs. However, I was skeptical from the beginning given all the poor feedback posted online about Milnacipran over the years. It actually wasn't the irritability in the end that made me stop it (this side effect actually dissipated). However, my mood was still highly labile. I was overly-sensitive to even minor issues. The noradrenergic side of the drug is probably to blame, as I have had somewhat similar reactions to Reboxetine and Seroquel. On the plus side, my physical energy had improved and it had no sexual side effects at all (in fact, it might have helped in that dept).
