PassionRx question))Bleauberry

At your recommendation I purchased PassionRx. I am a little confused about how to take it. On the bottle it said take 2 days, 1 day off. Is that what you recommend? I'm not expecting any miracles. With the pristiq on board I'm completely shut down but I do have some hope of finding a solution...
