Cee I just took less each day dumped some out doc thought ridiculous. From 60 to 30 was a breeze . Always had benzos on board. Then found babble and saw this slow withdrawal process if had never found it would have just discontinued it as I did all other SSIR's boy was my body glad to be rid of them. Instantly felt better. Counted the days til all out of my system. Don't like Ad's. Phillipa
