Depression is HELL, that's for sure, and the anxiety. I've had it for 15 years and still struggle. I think maybe the Parnate is working and I'm really hopeful it will be the drug for me! And I am now thinking the diet is very "do-able".
I haven't done any frozen dinners yet, either. I eat a lot of vegetarian stuff (I'm not one) and especially like the Morning Star Veggie Patties. They, and every single Morning Star food, have all that autolyzed or hydrolyzed yeast which turns immediately into MSG. Darn. I don't know about the apple cider vinegar. I've had balsamic vinegar and it was ok.
I imagine all those juices will be fine...at least fresh with no additives!
