It seems like an awful lot of stuff to be taking. I'm not a doctor but it would seem that a "shotgun" approach is going to hit the target you are aiming at but is also going to hit a lot of stuff you are not aiming at.
I would think you would need to see a pretty smart pdoc to tell you which of those are redundant or even harmful to what you are trying to achieve and which are helpful.Good luck
