frozen entrees on MAOIs

When I took an MAOI I still ate pre-packaged food and was lax mainly around the yeast ingredients, and did fine. (I never did do a yeast spread like ?Marmite, which I hadn't heard of before seeing the warning to not consume it. Maybe that is a British product?)
I recall having at the time some Kashi frozen entrees, and I just now went to their website and looked at the ingredient list, and see that at least some of them are good with the MAOI diet. For the ones I looked at the ingredient list to, none of them listed yeast extract, for those of you being more cautious. Unfortunately, Kashi costs more than the common/mainstream frozen meals, and I am on the poorer side, so I can't get them often.
I had also wondered about the nacho Doritos and cheapo ramen noodle powder that includes dried soy sauce, but gingerly tried them out and was okay. I don't think I ever heard an official answer on if they are okay.
I no longer take the MAOI, so I don't have to woory now, but I really wonder about frozen palak paneer (aka saag paneer), one of my favorite dishes. On the more recent list of dietary guidance for MAOIs I had seen that mozarella was listed as okay, which is pretty much what got me though that time, still feeling like I could have some real cheese. I wonder if paneer is safe also? I think of it as pretty fresh and similar to mozarella (wishful thinking?).
I haven't confirmed this, but two other brands (similar to Kashi) that include frozen meals and may be less likely to include yeast extracts are Amy's and Ethnic Gourmet. (Sadly, they are also more costly than HealthyChoice/Stauffer's/Lean Cuisine/Marie Callender's/common ones where I live.)
