I'll stick my neck out and say it's DEFINITELY the Lex. Had something similar on-and-off for over 3 years from it, and it's still persisting now. It was definitely dose-dependent too - noticably worse whenever my dose went back up to 20mg from 10.

My neuro says most facial movement disorders he sees from SSRI's are from Lexapro or Celexa.

The mechanism probably serotonin-mediated dopamine depletion in the basal ganglia.
