It is not true that everyone builds up a tolerance to benzos and has to increase the dose. I have been on the same dose, actually I decreased it by 1mg, for several years. They are terrible to get off. But I think they are a relatively safe med. I mean you know what they are going to do and they do it without a lot of side effects etc. Don't suppose any of that makes any difference to your docs. Too bad.
