Garnet why not stick with the xanax for at least a period of a few weeks and stop the stimulant. Windows down now that's a new one. d/r you're a trip. Love Phillipa ps don't know how I missed one on anxiety. Oh also lack of sleep yes definitely as need 9-10 myself never get it though used to when in school.
