I would say, given your symptoms, that Nardil would be worth a trial. I wouldn't say that three weeks was long term rejection sensitivity, but if you think back it has probably been longer than that. I am over 50 and my social anxiety with rejection sensitivity started in my early teen years. I really wish I would have been treated for it back then, since longstanding social anxiety can affect all aspects of a persons life.And sleeping 12 hours daily would count as hypersomnia. In the past, I would sleep just to escape the pain of the depression. Pretty hard to be productive, when you are sleeping away your life.
