I don't remember you from 3 years ago - I'm a relatively new memeber of this community. But I really resonate with the longing for someone who remembers what you were like when you were well and felt like yourself. Sometimes it feels so far away, like is impossible to imagine getting back to your self.
I hope you have a good therapist and a good psychoharm doc who can help you through this time. It sounds as if what you are struggling with is too much for you to handle on your own. Please reach out. Get some help managing all of this. And please keep letting us know how it is going.
