Ah yes...the best piece of propaganda I have come across concerning AD's. Before you put "the science under the lens" Alex....you should investigate who the author of that book is perhaps...see what his specialty is...what works he himself has published in peer reviewed journal etc...then you may get an idea of why he has written this type of work. I have looked at it and feel alot of the science is bogus. I will go back to it again if you want to talk about it...it was interesting but a lil to outthere for my taste.
