After reading all of the health risk of Seroquel, do you think those risk (diabetes, etc.)are at high dosages for an extended period of time or do you think that my low dosages are just as risky? Am hoping that by watching my diet really carefully and staying at low dosage, I wont' have a problem with seroquels long term effects.

Has anyone found any other good sleep meds without awful side effects to take while on maoi, or should I just stick with the seroquel? (don't like ambien and from what I've read about Lunesta, that one doesn't sound real promising either and trazadone makes me ill) As long as I take it with a xanax at night, it seems to help with the RLS that occurs when taking seroquel.

I believe that the effects are partially dose dependent on Seroquel; nevertheless doing some simple cardiovascular exercise wouldn't be a bad idea.

I'm currently dealing with Seroquel issues, several, but yes, specifically weight gain, but I take it off label at a much higher dose than one would for sleep (25-50mg).
