Hi Link.

This happens to me every year at this time, regardless of how I tweek my meds. My body clock goes through an adjustment period to light changes. I can tell you that within the last 2 weeks, I've been taking more naps, more difficult to wake up to go to work, more anxiety at times, and lack of motivation. It was worse before I went on a mood stablizer. Back then, I knew I would feel better after certain plants start to bloom.
