Do u live in the US or Canada?
My nutritionist recomended IsoCort to supp cortisol. But just like you, I am skeptical about herbal adrenal remedies, and I'm afraid that IsoCort may make me feel worse.
I don't know how to get Hydrocortisone. My internist thinks that salivary tests are "quackery". So I don't know who I can find to write a script for hydrocortisone. What do you think?
