There is a major drug/drug interaction between hydrocodone (the narcotic in vicodin) and nardil, at least according to my university's drug interaction checker. In fact, it recommends that these two drugs not be taken with in two weeks of each other.
The interaction is severe, though rare and involved respiratory depression, coma and death.
However, because of the rarity of the interaction, I think you feel you need the Nardil, then call your doc. It can be managed.Seldom.
