There is nothing to say that nardil will actually stop working for you. If youre only at 60mg now why not consider raising the dose? Some gp's would even be open to allowing you to go above 90 (the proposed max) if you can demonstrate safety from the literature. Also let it go for awhile as I notice, for me anyway, that nardil has this interesting ability to kick itself back in just when you think it has stopped working...i've had whole weeks of sh*t, in terms of how I feel, then out it comes again.
