The Wellbutrin issue is somewhat a little bit strange...I first use it as a smooke aid cessation...it was call at the time Zyban...I remember that I was a lot anxious on it...too much in fact...it was very stimulant and I hated it because it worsed my social phobia and I Was working in a public field at the time, so I was unable to avoid public contact...So I never stop smooking with it and after 1 month I just throw the pills in the garbage...
Last fall, my PDoc add 300mg of Wellbutrin-SR in my Cipralex(Lexapro)regiment for adding some energy ...and strangely, I didin't feel anything, no energy, in fact it was worst...I had more daytime sedation with it than without it...
One thing is sure, as an AD and alone, it's not very efficiently for anxious people... and i'm not sure it's good... In a combo mix, some people have some improvements on their state...other not...
I think it's like this for every drugs on the Market...we are all different...some people tolerate more well a drug and others can't take it at all...So some drugs who act on the DA will make a strange effect to someone and another one will use the same drug with the same effect on the DA and feel something different...
I really think we canno't apply the same treatment technic to everyone, since we all react differently to drugs...
That's another mystery of life... ;-)
