> Hi Trudy. Lexapro is one of the more effective SSRI antidepressants. Both Effexor and Lexapro make good first choices in my opinion. I would just note that a significant number of people develop anxiety after they have been taking Lexapro for 2 weeks. It then disappears within a week for most people.

WOW thanks for letting me know that. I am just really hoping it has less side effects and that I dont get withdrawls from the Effexor.Trudy
